These Terms govern access to ladyarena.pro and the Lady Arena services. The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Safeguarding Policy, Community Standards and Content & Copyright Policy form part of these Terms. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Lady Arena provides technology for professional profiles, discovery, communication, relationship confirmation and recruitment in women’s football. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Lady Arena:

Adult players, verified guardians, authorised club/scout personnel and appropriately qualified agents/agencies may apply for accounts. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

A player under 18 may not independently create or control an account. Her profile must be created or managed by a verified parent or legal guardian under the Safeguarding Policy. We may impose higher minimum ages or additional restrictions in particular countries.

Accounts are personal to the authorised user. You may not share credentials, sell accounts, create deceptive duplicates or permit unauthorised use. Organisations must promptly remove access from personnel who leave or change roles.

Joining a waiting list, requesting a demo or registering interest does not guarantee admission, launch timing, features, territory, pricing or continued availability. We may change pre-launch concepts. We will not charge without clear pricing and a separate payment authorisation.

An agent or agency must accurately disclose the individual agent, licensing authority, licence number, status, territory and organisation. It must not imply endorsement by Lady Arena, FIFA or an association.

“Declared”, “mutually confirmed”, “documents reviewed”, “licence checked” or similar labels describe only a Lady Arena workflow at a particular time. They do not create, validate, renew or replace a written representation agreement.

No person may approach, solicit or enter a representation arrangement involving a minor except as permitted by applicable FIFA and national association regulations and with the guardian involvement and any required accreditation. Lady Arena may restrict or report activity that appears inconsistent with those rules.

Clubs and scouts must be authorised by the organisation they identify and may publish only genuine opportunities. Opportunity descriptions must state material eligibility criteria and must not be discriminatory except where a lawful and objectively justified sporting requirement applies.

Clubs and scouts are responsible for their recruitment decisions, checks, communications, trials, travel, contracts, immigration and safeguarding. They must not ask a minor to bypass a guardian or move a conversation to an unapproved private channel.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Lady Arena a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and promote the Service in accordance with your settings and the Content & Copyright Policy.

This licence ends when content is deleted, except for backups, legal holds, prior authorised uses and content shared with others who retain it.

You may not upload match footage, club marks, photographs, music or other material unless you have the necessary rights. A guardian must authorise content concerning a minor.

We may review, restrict, de-rank, disable or remove content; limit features; suspend or terminate accounts; preserve evidence; warn users; or refer matters to authorities where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law or protect users.

Decisions will be made diligently, objectively and proportionately, taking account of context, severity, history, safety and applicable rights. Where required, we will provide a statement of reasons and an internal complaint route. Immediate action may be taken without prior notice in urgent safety, security or legal cases.

Illegal content may be reported through email info@ladyarena.pro. Reports should identify the exact content/location, explain the legal concern, include supporting information and contain a good-faith statement. Community-rule violations may be reported through the in-product reporting tool.

The Safeguarding Policy applies wherever a user is under 18 or a child may be affected. Users must never promise secrecy to a child about a safety concern. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first and then Lady Arena.

Verification reduces certain risks but cannot eliminate them. A verification badge is time-limited information about checks completed; it is not a warranty, recommendation, criminal-record check, guarantee of identity in every interaction or regulatory endorsement. Users must conduct their own due diligence.

The Service may link to third-party websites or integrate third-party tools. We do not control their content, availability or independent data practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

No paid service applies unless you are shown the price, billing period, taxes, included features, renewal and cancellation terms before purchase. When paid plans launch, the applicable order page and Subscription Terms will form part of this agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. For material adverse changes to a paid service, we will give notice and any remedy required by law.

You may close your account through available settings or by contacting us. We may restrict or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, safety risk, legal requirement, non-payment or misuse. Except in urgent cases, we will ordinarily explain the reason and available appeal route.

Account closure does not erase obligations or liabilities accrued before closure. Data is handled under the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided with reasonable skill and care. Information supplied by users may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. You must independently verify material claims and obtain appropriate professional advice before entering any representation, employment, transfer, travel or financial arrangement.

Nothing excludes a duty or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the preceding sentence, Lady Arena is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, anticipated profit, goodwill or data arising from user conduct, third-party decisions or reliance on unverified information, to the extent permitted by law.

For a business user, our aggregate liability arising from the Service in a 12-month period will not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid by that user to Lady Arena during that period and (b) €[AMOUNT], except where the law prohibits that limitation. Consumer rights remain unaffected. Counsel must confirm the cap before publication.

An organisation or professional user will indemnify Lady Arena against third-party claims and reasonable losses arising from its unlawful content, unauthorised data use, infringement of rights or material breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by Lady Arena. This clause does not apply to consumers where prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Limassol, Cyprus have jurisdiction, except that a consumer retains any mandatory rights and forum protections under the law of her country of residence.

Before proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through info@ladyarena.pro. This does not prevent urgent relief, regulatory complaints or use of mandatory dispute mechanisms.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a genuine reorganisation or sale, subject to law. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement about the Service unless an order form or signed agreement states otherwise.
