Content, Copyright & Takedown Policy
Content ownership, media rights and takedown requests for Lady Arena.

1. Ownership
Lady Arena and its licensors own the Service, software, databases, design, branding and original content. Users retain ownership of content they submit, subject to the limited operational licence in the Terms.
2. User warranties
By submitting content, you confirm that:
- you created it or have all necessary permissions and licences;
- publication and use through Lady Arena do not infringe copyright, database, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, image or publicity rights;
- any identifiable adult has given required permission;
- a parent/legal guardian has authorised content concerning a minor;
- the content is accurate where it makes factual or professional claims;
- you will provide evidence of rights or consent if reasonably requested.
3. Photographs, video and match footage
Owning a copy of a photograph or appearing in it does not necessarily confer copyright. Match footage may belong to a broadcaster, club, league, photographer or producer. Music within a video may require separate rights. Users must obtain the necessary permissions before upload.
Content showing minors must be professional, respectful and safeguarding-appropriate. Do not upload changing-room imagery, precise live-location information, or content likely to expose a child to exploitation.
4. Club names and marks
Club names, crests and sponsor marks may be protected. Identification of playing history should use plain text where possible. Uploading or displaying a crest requires permission or another lawful basis and must not imply partnership or endorsement.
5. Licence to Lady Arena
The licence granted under the Terms permits Lady Arena to technically host, resize, format, transmit and display submitted content to provide the Service according to visibility settings. We will not use a player’s image in paid advertising or an external campaign without separate permission, except for incidental screenshots or demonstrations that are anonymised or otherwise lawfully authorised.
6. Copyright or rights notice
To report infringement, email info@ladyarena.pro with:
- your full name and contact details;
- identification of the protected work, image, mark or right;
- the exact URL/profile/content complained of;
- an explanation of the alleged infringement;
- evidence of ownership, authority or representation;
- a statement that the report is made in good faith and is accurate;
- your electronic or physical signature.
- For privacy, likeness, impersonation or factual-correction concerns, identify the person affected, the exact content, the correction/remedy requested and evidence supporting the request. Do not send unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email; we will provide a secure channel if required.
7. Review and action
We may request additional information, notify the uploader, temporarily restrict content, reject an unsupported notice, remove or disable access, preserve evidence, or restore content after review. We consider applicable exceptions and freedom of expression; a complaint does not automatically establish infringement.
Where the DSA applies, qualifying notices will be handled through our notice-and-action process, and affected users will receive reasons and available redress routes as required.
8. Counter-notice and appeal
An affected uploader may challenge a decision through email info@ladyarena.pro by identifying the decision, explaining why the content is lawful or authorised and providing supporting evidence. We may share the substance of a complaint or counter-notice with the other party where necessary and lawful, while protecting sensitive information.
9. Repeat infringement and abuse
We may suspend users who repeatedly submit infringing content. We may also restrict users who repeatedly submit manifestly unfounded notices. Decisions are made case by case, diligently and proportionately.
