Community Standards

Lady Arena is a professional network built around dignity, opportunity and safety in women’s football. These Standards apply to profiles, messages, opportunities, media, reports and offline conduct arising from platform use.

Use your real professional identity or authorised organisation identity. Do not impersonate, create deceptive accounts, falsify playing history, inflate credentials, fabricate opportunities or misstate club/agency relationships.

Do not present a player–agent relationship as confirmed until both authorised sides confirm it. Never treat a platform badge as a contract, endorsement or guarantee. Report licence expiry, suspension or material changes promptly.

All users must follow the Safeguarding Policy. Adults may not privately approach minors, request secrecy, sexualise communications, seek unnecessary images or documents, or bypass guardians. Suspected exploitation must be reported immediately.

We prohibit threats, bullying, stalking, degrading sexual comments and attacks based on sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age or another protected characteristic. Legitimate sporting evaluation must be expressed respectfully and based on relevant criteria.

Do not operate fake trials, request unlawful or deceptive fees, manipulate users into travel, engage in trafficking, solicit money through false claims, promote pyramid schemes, or seek passwords, bank details or identity documents through unsafe channels.

Do not publish private contact information, home addresses, live locations, travel plans, identity documents, contracts, medical information or private messages without lawful authority. Do not scrape, harvest, export or sell profile data.

Upload only content you have the right to use. Credit does not replace permission. Respect photography, video, broadcast, music, database, trademark, image and publicity rights. Use club logos only with permission or another lawful basis.

Opportunities must be current, authorised, sufficiently clear and lawful. State location, level, eligibility, closing date, material costs and whether travel, visas or accommodation are involved. Do not use discriminatory criteria unless lawful and objectively justified.

Do not use malware, spam, bots, unauthorised automation, scraping, false engagement, review manipulation, access-control evasion or mass unsolicited messaging. Do not abuse reporting tools.

Use the in-product report control for rule violations and email info@ladyarena.pro for allegedly illegal content. We assess context, severity, harm, intent, history and applicable rights. Actions may include a warning, content restriction, feature limitation, verification removal, suspension, termination, evidence preservation or referral.

Where required, we provide reasons and an appeal route. Appeals must be made within [6 months, or shorter reasonable period confirmed by counsel] through email info@ladyarena.pro and identify the decision and reasons for challenge. A person not involved in the original decision should review the appeal where practicable.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. Platform reporting is not an emergency service.
